When you stack and press dried b/s and tops, do you stack different woods on top of each other--how do you do it?

sticker with spacer woods. I use various 1 x 1 hardwood spacers. Typically 4 for tops and backs, and 6 for sides, If the wood is new to my environment I sticker it weighted from the top with two 4 x 12 cinder blocks once the wood has acclimated to my shop, I sticker it unweighted

I use bar clamps and stickers or 1/2 or 3/4 ply. I use the clamps as a press. I also have sides on one pile and backs on another

I use sink cutouts cut to size, some threaded rod, nuts, washers and wingnuts to suit and a big pile of stickers and I'm done. This way I not only keep my wood pressed nice and flat, it can be picked up and moved quickly and easily.

This is one I made for tops.



Now for me, having my stash mobile is a very important consideration, because if she ever discovers just how much all this stuff cost, I'm going to need to be able to tuck all of the important stuff under my arms, and make haste my escape less I befall some major injury

Kim, that's an excellent system! Plus, those sink cutouts should be available at any kitchen supply store for a nominal fee or for free.
